Zagreb, 6 December 2022 - President of the Croatian Olympic Committee (NOC of Croatia) Zlatko Mateša and Secretary General Siniša Krajač hosted a reception for the female representatives in kayaking and canoeing on calm waters - Anamarija Govorčinović and Vanessa Tot, coaches Aleksandar Knežević and Igor Krajina and representatives of their clubs and the Croatian Kayaking Federation.

Szeged, 3 September 2022 - The first Croatian Olympian sprint canoer on calm waters, Vanesa Tot, won a gold medal at the World Championships for juniors and younger seniors in Szeged, Hungary. The brilliant Slavonski Brod native celebrated in the finals of C – 1 500M (2:08.65), ahead of China's Yin Wan (+0.15) and Hungarian canoeist Laura Gonczol (+0.53).

Munich, 21 August 2022 - Croatian canoeist Vanesa Tot won the second bronze medal at the European Kayak and Canoe Championships on the calm waters in Munich. After finishing third in the finals of the Single-Seater (C-1) canoe (C-1) 500 meters, she repeated the same range in the 200M Canoe Sprint Race.

Halifax, 6 August 2022 - Croatian Olympian from Tokyo, 25-year-old kayaker on calm waters Anamaria Govorčinović, achieved historic success at the ICF Canoe Sprint World Championships in Halifax, Canada, where she won a silver medal in the Single-Seater 500M and bronze in the Single-Seater 1000M. -

At the world qualification tournament in Barnaul, Russia for this summer's Tokyo Olympics, the Croatian canoeist Vanesa Tot won first place (50,006) in the C1 200m. -

Zagreb, 13 May 2021 - At the European Olympic qualification tournament in kayaking and canoeing on calm waters, held in Segedin (Hungary), Croatian kayaker Anamaria Govorčinović achieved the Olympic standard by winning the second place in women's final K1 500M race. The member of the Zagreb club KKK Matija Ljubek was second with time 1:56:70, while the fastest was Spain’s Isabel Contreras (1:56:15).
